Chuback dealt with the lives of the lower class and the poor and presented their tone and language in the best possible way to display the ugly and bitter realities of life in a very exact and detailed manner. To achieve this end, he exploited various means and techniques of story-telling which make the purposes of the present study. This paper attempts to consider and analyze almost all of the narrative details and techniques in Chuback’s short stories such as plot, character, point of view, language, ect. صادق چوبک متعلّق به نسل دوّم نویسندگان ایرانی است که پس از تثبیت داستان کوتاه، در ارائۀ نمونه‌هایی موفق در این عرصه کوشیدند. چوبک در داستان‌هایش به زندگی اقشار بینوا و فرودست پرداخت و از زبان و لحن آنان سود برد تا واقعیت‌های زشت و تلخ حیات را با دقّت و جزئیات تمام به تصویر کشد. او در این راه از امکانات و صناعاتٍ روایی ویژه‌ای استفاده کرد که بررسی مجموعة آنها موضوع تحقیق حاضر است. در این مقاله کوشش شده است همة اجزای روایی در داستان‌های کوتاه چوبک از طرح و شخصیّت گرفته تا زاویة دید، زبان، ... تجزیه و تحلیل شود. http://contemporarylit.ihcs.ac.ir/article_415_35ce7e2fd5677be14fdfb38d433972dc.pdf
