It is the spot of joint of the linguistics and literature. In the literary function, the focus is on the message; so the language of this message distinct of the standard language.  The linguists explain this Foregrounding in two ways: escape the standard language that is named Deviation and adding the some rules to it that is named Extra regularity, in three levels: meaning, form and formal realization. The Deviation near the speech to the poetry and the Extra regularity verse it. In this short text, we pay to the most obvious Foregrounding, Deviation, in the Az in Avesta book; because it shows the Akhavan's art. In addition to so many Deviations forward to the Extra regularity in the Akavan's poetry, meaning Deviation is rather than the other kinds of Deviation. This kind contains the Figurative language and meaning Rhetoric topics that increase the imagination. Especially the Simile and Metaphor, two forms of poetic images, have used greatly. Then the temporal Deviation, the use the archaic words, is seen plenty; so we see that the other kinds of Deviation is found rarely; because these reduce the word's glory. Instance is found in the Akhavan's poetry too, that is untitled or isn't dependent on the mentioned kinds exactly. یکی از نقش‏های زبان، نقش ادبی آن است که نقطۀ پیوند زبان‏شناسی و ادبیات به‌شمار می‏رود. در نقش ادبی، تأکید بر پیام است و از اینجا است که زبان پیام بر زبان معیار برجسته می‌شود. زبان‏شناسان این برجسته‏سازی را به دو طریق انجام می‌دهند: انحراف از زبان معیار با عنوان هنجارگریزی، و افزودن قواعدی به زبان معیار با نام قاعده‏افزایی در سه سطح معنا، صورت و تحقق صوری زبان. هنجارگریزی سخن را به شعر نزدیک می‏سازد و قاعده‏افزایی لباس نظم بر آن می‏پوشاند. <br />از آنجا که مجموعۀ شعر از این اوستا نمایندۀ اوج هنری اخوان ثالث است، در این مختصر، بارزترین گونۀ برجسته‏سازی در آن یعنی هنجارگریزی معرفی می‏شود. علاوه بر بسامد بالای هنجارگریزی در مقایسه با قاعده‏افزایی در سخن اخوان، هنجارگریزی در سطح معنا بیش از انواع دیگر آن دیده می‏شود. این گونه شامل مباحث بیان و بدیع معنوی است که جنبۀ تخیل را در شعر به اوج می‏رساند؛ به ویژه اینکه تشبیه و استعاره ـ دو شکل بارز صور خیال ـ به میزان بالایی در آن به‌کار رفته‏است. پس از آن، هنجارگریزی زمانی، یعنی کاربرد کلمات کهن، فراوان به‌چشم می‏خورد و بنابراین مشاهده می‏شود که انواع دیگر هنجارگریزی که از فخامت سخن می‏کاهد، در شعر اخوان کمتر یافت می‏شود. http://contemporarylit.ihcs.ac.ir/article_400_80169caa0c7f6958fa1ebf1faa90ad03.pdf
